Job Description

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Pre-Closer/Post-Closer opportunity available with a nationwide Real Estate Settlement Services Company.Pre-Closer/Post Closer responsible for the specific duties listed below.The position is long-term, Temporary to HireYour specific duties will include:Pre-Closing Processing:

Review lender documents, add any additional required documents, and ensure documents are in proper order.
Verify lender documents have been prepared accurately.
Securely deliver completed package to the closing agent.
Set up provisions for the return of the executed closing package from the closing agent.

Post Closing Processing:

Make certified copies of all recording documents.
Place documents in the required stacking order.
Proof documents for all required signatures, dates, and complete notary acknowledgments.
Scan the complete closing package into the imaging system for file retention.
Return the complete package to the lender via overnight courier.

Required qualifications for the position include:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to work overtime.

Pay Rate Range: $16.00 - $1800 per hour.Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
