Preconstruction Manager/EstimatorLocation - DenverMust be energetic and want to land projects.Must be capable of being self-managed.Must be a self-starter.Must have a positive attitude and want to be a team player.5-10+ years in commercial construction preconstruction and/or estimating.Project sizes of $2M to $20MPreference to candidates with project types and interest in light industrial, metal building, self-storage experience, but also looking for candidates with office, K-12, retail and other commercial experience as well.
