We are a nationwide mortgage lender specializing in FHA, VA, USDA Loans. Our Headquarters are located in Henderson NV. We are a lender/servicer, who works with loan originators, brokers, and correspondents to offer our customers great rates and good terms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review borrower financials and documentation in alignment with federal, state, investor, insurer, and internal servicing requirements.
• Maintain thorough, accurate, and audit-ready documentation of all borrower case activity.
• Collaborate with Loss Mitigation, Servicing, Compliance, and Foreclosure teams to ensure smooth case progression and adherence to critical deadlines.
• Monitor timelines, ensure compliance with CFPB/RESPA and investor guidelines, and meet departmental goals for productivity, quality, and customer experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Windows, Encompass, and Black Knight (MSP)

Specific Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mortgage servicing, loss mitigation, foreclosure prevention, or related financial services
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to delinquent mortgage accounts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
• High attention to detail with the ability to analyze financial data and documentation
• Proficiency with servicing systems, CRM platforms, and standard office software
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment
