What You'll Do Every Day

• Bring learning to life through fun, engaging, and hands-on activities that spark imagination and curiosity.
• Guide children through early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development in a playful, structured environment.
• Create a warm, welcoming classroom where every child feels safe, seen, and excited to learn.
• Use the Primrose Balanced Learning curriculum to deliver purposeful and exciting lessons.
• Encourage independence, problem-solving, teamwork, and confidence in every child.
• Build strong, positive relationships with families through daily communication and meaningful updates.
• Observe and celebrate each child's growth, milestones, and unique personality.
• Collaborate with an energetic team of educators who support and inspire one another every day.
• Maintain a well-organized, engaging classroom that feels like a place children can't wait to return to.

What We're Looking For

• Passion for early childhood education and helping children thrive.
• Positive, energetic, and caring personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Classroom or childcare experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; Early Childhood Education coursework a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to meet state licensing requirements.
