Dudley DeBosier Personal Injury Lawyers are currently searching for a pre-litigation Attorney to join our team.

Essential Job Functions

Provide legal representation to clients in personal injury cases
Conduct client calls and case evaluations to determine legal strategy.
Investigate claims by reviewing police reports, medical records, witness statements, and other evidence.
File management in our case management software
Understanding UM coverage
Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and legal guidance.
Collaborate with your legal assistant to manage case workflow.
Ensure compliance with all legal standards, ethics rules, and firm policies.

Job Qualifications Required

JD degree from an accredited law school.
Valid license to practice law in Louisiana.
Member of the state bar in good standing.

Job qualifications Preferred

Working knowledge of laws, regulations, financial compliance, and best practices in the field.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills, including consensus building.
Customer or client service experience.
Excellent persuasive writing skills.
Credible and discreet, with a high level of integrity and the ability to work with highly confidential and privileged information.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Strategic thinker who can prioritize and integrate short-term and long-term goals.
Ability to prioritize and meet multiple and competing deadlines.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
