Pre-Litigation Paralegal – Personal Injury
We are seeking an organized and proactive Pre-Litigation Paralegal to support our personal injury team. This role focuses on managing cases from intake through settlement and requires strong communication and case management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases through the pre-litigation phase
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
- Request and organize medical records and billing
- Track treatment and case progress
- Draft and submit demand packages
- Assist with settlement negotiations and case resolution
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of personal injury or pre-litigation experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Familiarity with case management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Bilingual Spanish/English
