- Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake through settlement demand
- Serve as primary client contact and maintain regular communication
- Request, organize, and review medical records and bills
- Coordinate with medical providers and insurance companies
- Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation
- Track case deadlines and maintain organized case files
- Support 4 attorneys with manageable caseload (approximately 50 cases per attorney/paralegal team)
- Handle slip and fall, auto accidents, and general personal injury matters
- Utilize proprietary case management software (training provided)
- Occasional travel to other firm offices as needed
- 3-5+ years personal injury paralegal experience (pre-litigation or litigation)
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree a plus
- Paralegal certificate not required
- Experience with personal injury, workers' compensation, or criminal defense transferable
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Client-focused with professional demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Team player who thrives in collaborative environment
- Full-time position based in Marietta office (preferred) or Alpharetta office
- 35-hour work week with flexible scheduling options
- In-office position with potential for occasional remote work after trust is established
