Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Job Description

Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload from intake through settlement.
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding treatment and case progress.
Order, review, organize, and summarize medical records and bills.
Monitor client medical treatment and follow up on outstanding documentation.
Communicate with insurance carriers regarding claims and supporting documentation.
Prepare demand packages and assist with settlement negotiations.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical case files.
Coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely case progression.
Calendar deadlines and assist with day-to-day case management.
Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

1+ year of personal injury law experience required.
Pre-litigation personal injury experience preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience obtaining and reviewing medical records.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software is a plus.
