$22.00/hr ($19.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift differential)

Hours:• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday 11:00PM – 7:00AM(Training for up to 4 weeks on 1st Shift: Monday–Friday 7:00AM – 3:00PM)
Position Overview
RIE Coatings is growing and looking to add an additional 3rd shift Pre-Treat Operator/Blaster to keep production rolling! If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a crew that shows up and gets the job done, you'll fit in here.
What You'll Do
- Operate production equipment including media blast machines and chemical wash systems
- Prepare parts for coating through pre-treatment and blasting processes
- Follow schedules, travelers, and documented procedures
- Move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Complete safety checks, quality checks, and chemical titration testing
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Cross-train and assist in multiple areas as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
