Manufacturing Labor — Urgently hiring in Belgrade!Job Title: Precast LaborPay: $19.00/hrHours: Mon–Fri, 10-hour shifts (4:00am–2:00pm or 6:00am–4:00pm)Start Date: ASAPLooking for a physically active role with steady hours and room to grow? Join a busy precast/block manufacturing team in Belgrade, ME, supporting hands-on production that keeps the plant moving forward. You’ll be prepping and cleaning forms, assisting with pours, stripping finished products, helping with inspections, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment—this is a fast-paced, physical job where reliability and attention to quality are key.What You'll Do As a precast laborer, you will be responsible for
  • Preparing, cleaning, oiling, and scraping concrete forms*
  • Supporting pouring, troweling, and stripping finished products*
  • Performing post-pour inspections to ensure quality standards*
  • Operating equipment as trained (forklift experience a plus)*
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work area throughout the shift
What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety*
  • Manufacturing experience or familiarity with similar tasks preferred*
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stay on your feet most of the day*
  • High school diploma or equivalent
