What You’ll Do

  • Bridge the gap between design and construction teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Analyze plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability.
  • Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and verify site conditions.
  • Develop and manage 3D models for preconstruction planning.
  • Collaborate with owners, designers, and internal stakeholders to resolve design challenges.
  • Assist with proposals, bid documents, and construction schedules.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, and contract documentation.
  • Provide constructability reviews and design clarifications.
  • Support project layout and survey activities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree: Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Experience: 1+ year in highway heavy construction.
  • Skills: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Trimble tools (Business Center, Siteworks, Earthworks), AGTEK, Civil 3D.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Positive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license.
