Cost Estimation: Develop accurate construction cost estimates

Budget Management: Create and manage project budgets

Value Engineering: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Risk Mitigation: Identify and address potential project risks

Bid Process: Coordinate bidding, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts

Collaboration: Foster effective communication among project stakeholders

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and permits

Documentation: Maintain organized project documentation and reports

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor preconstruction team

ProfileThe Preconstruction Manager

Proven experience as a Precon Manager or Estimator in commercial construction
