Preconstruction Manager - Large Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead complex commercial construction pursuits from concept through contract award. Develop conceptual, schematic, and GMP budgets with a high degree of accuracy

Drive value engineering and constructability reviews to optimize design and cost

Coordinate estimating, scheduling, logistics, and procurement strategies

Mentor and manage preconstruction and estimating team members

Collaborate closely with operations, business development, and design partners

Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and client interviews

Support pursuit strategies in competitive hard‑bid, negotiated, and design‑build work

Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and consultants

ProfileBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field10+ years of commercial construction experience, including significant preconstruction leadership

Proven success delivering complex interior, renovation, and base building projects

Strong estimating, cost modeling, and scope analysis expertise

Experience leading pursuits exceeding $50M preferred

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills

Proficiency with industry estimating and preconstruction tools
