Job Description
Preconstruction ManagerWe are partnering with a leading, nationally recognized general contractor to appoint a Preconstruction Manager with a strong background in healthcare construction. Develop and manage detailed cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering strategies
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to align design with budget and schedule objectives
Prepare and present proposals, bid packages, and project scopes
Identify risks and opportunities, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place
Support business development efforts, including client presentations and relationship management

Strong track record working on healthcare projects (hospitals, medical facilities, etc.)Excellent knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, and construction methodologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both internal teams and external stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)What's on OfferCompetitive base salary starting at $120,000+ (dependent on experience)Comprehensive and competitive benefits package
