- 2+ years of professional cooking experience
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Experience in upscale or hospitality-driven environments is a plus (hotels, lounges, catering, restaurants, private clubs)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and execute hot and cold menu items with consistency
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Support buffet service and high-volume service periods
- Contribute to a smooth, professional kitchen operation
