Preschool Teacher- Early Childhood Education
Location: The Learning Experience- East Brunswick, NJ
Pay: $18 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Preschool Teacher
The Learning Experience- East Brunswick is seeking a dependable Preschool Teacher to support a structured classroom serving children ages 3-5. This role focuses on helping children develop confidence, independence, and early academic skills through engaging routines and hands-on learning experiences.
This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working in a collaborative teaching environment and supporting school readiness development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily classroom routines for preschool-aged children
- Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities
- Encourage early literacy, math readiness, and social-emotional growth
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Guide children through learning centers, meals, and rest-time transitions
- Communicate regularly with families and teaching team members
- Follow all New Jersey licensing requirements and center policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Prior childcare experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and nurturing approach to working with young children
- Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
