About the Role:

Join the Primrose School of Bristow team as a Preschool Office Manager! In this dynamic role, you will support our mission of nurturing and developing young minds while ensuring smooth daily operations. If you are passionate about early childhood education and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
  • Assist the Director in managing staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate communication with parents, staff, and external partners to foster a positive community.
  • Maintain accurate records of student enrollment, attendance, and financial transactions.
  • Implement and enforce school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Support curriculum planning and classroom activities to enhance educational experiences.
  • Assist in marketing efforts to promote the school and attract new families.
  • Manage office supplies and resources to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • CDA or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role in a school setting or 2 years of experience teaching.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and staff.
  • Familiarity with state licensing requirements and early childhood education standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and school management software.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for working with young children.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 9 a.m.- 6 p.m.
