What You'll Do
As our Lead Preschool Teacher, you will:
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Implement our proprietary curriculum with enthusiasm and creativity.
- Foster each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build strong, professional relationships with families through daily communication.
- Complete observations and developmental assessments.
- Lead classroom routines while maintaining licensing compliance.
- Mentor and support Assistant Teachers within your classroom.
- Collaborate with leadership and fellow teachers to create an exceptional learning experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications
- Experience working in a licensed childcare center or preschool
- Passion for early childhood education
- Strong classroom management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Reliable, dependable, and positive attitude
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively engage with young children throughout the day
