Preschool Teacher (EEC Certified)
Location: The Learning Experience- Andover, MA
Pay: $22-$23 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
The Learning Experience- Andover is seeking a qualified Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of preschool-aged children in a structured, engaging early learning environment. This role is ideal for an educator who is passionate about school readiness, social-emotional development, and hands-on learning.
Our preschool program focuses on early literacy, math foundations, creativity, and independence through developmentally appropriate instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily preschool classroom instruction in a safe and nurturing environment
Implement engaging lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
Support early academic skills, problem-solving, and peer collaboration
Maintain structured routines and positive classroom management
Observe and document developmental progress
Communicate regularly with families regarding milestones and classroom updates
Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations
Qualifications:
Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required
Previous preschool classroom experience preferred
Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
Professional, organized, and team-oriented
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
