What Your Experience Looks like as a Primrose Teacher:
- Curriculum provided - With clear daily plans, necessary resources, and support so you can focus your time in the classroom on forming connections with the children-and spend your time outside of school focused on yourself.
- Carefully paired co-teacher who complements your teaching style.
- Assigned Support Teacher in your classroom who covers your break and planning time daily.

- Dedicated Education Coach to help you develop your skills and thrive in your role.
Qualifications:
- MUST have 12 core Early Childhood Education units with a grade of C or better required. (Child development, Child-family-community, two Curriculum classes)
- Must have patience and a strong desire to love and nurture young children
- Work experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred
- Must meet required state background check
- Must be able to work on an iPad to enter children's daily logs and write incident reports and messages to parents.
Responsibilities:
- Engage, interact, and supervise children in positive ways to support their growth and learning
- Provides a safe, attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages creativity, exploration, and decision-making by the children
- Plan with the Education Coach and implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule using the Primrose School curriculum outlines and materials
- Supervise, monitor and complete continual evaluation of each child's developmental needs
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and childcare regulations.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development and classroom activities.
