Press Brake Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our client’s team in Greenville, SC. As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a crucial role in fabricating metal components for our material handling and storage solutions. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Set-up, run and operate Press Brake for sheet metal operations. 
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics and how they relate to the finished product.
• Familiarize yourself with and comply with all safety requirements and protocols for working in a hazardous environment.
• Use computer touch interface with multiple menus and functions. 
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality objectives.
• Load and Unload Materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Able to read and interpret documents furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, etc…
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards. 
• Experience in inspection and quality of own product.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks in various positions and environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years Press Brake experience preferred. Manufacturing experience required. 

 Shift: 1st Shift 5am to 3:30pm Monday-FridayPay: DOE
