Press Brake Operator Bring your work ethic and experience as a Press Brake Operator to an excellent company in Grand Island, NE!? Job Duties:
- Follow and execute sequenced instructions, work orders, and blueprints to produce parts that meet specifications.*
- Perform proper machine start-up and shutdown procedures.*
- Set up, load, and operate press brake or punch press equipment according to production requirements.*
- Monitor part quality by evaluating dimensions and identifying defects, making adjustments as necessary.*
- Use metal finishing tools such as grinders and abrasives to meet surface finish requirements.*
- Safely operate material handling equipment including cranes, positioners, magnets, and hooks.*
- Utilize fixtures, templates, and other material control devices to ensure accuracy and consistency.*
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies.*
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.*
- Participate in maintaining the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the work environment.*
- Read and write in English to complete operational documentation and preventive maintenance requirements.
