As a Press Operator, youll play a vital role in supporting daily production activities in a fast-paced setting. You'll be part of a team that values safety, quality, and efficiency, working closely with your supervisor and colleagues to meet production goals.What Youll Do As a Press Operator, you will be responsible for
- Operating and monitoring press machines to ensure optimal performance*
- Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy to maintain high standards*
- Recording production data accurately for reporting and analysis*
- Using hand and power tools, including wrenches and screwdrivers, to assist with setup and adjustments*
- Assisting with troubleshooting and basic maintenance of equipment*
- Following strict safety procedures and reporting any concerns immediately
- At least 6 months of manufacturing, factory, or production experience*
- Willingness to learn and operate press machinery (experience preferred but not required)*
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours per shift*
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed*
- Comfort with using hand and power tools*
- Forklift or tow motor experience is a plus*
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on safety*
