What You’ll DoAs a Press Operator, you will be responsible for:• Safely operating manufacturing machinery, strictly adhering to all safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.• Pouring crumb rubber from mixers into buckets weighing up to 50 lbs, following precise process specifications.• Filling molds with raw materials, ensuring consistent quality and proper placement for optimal product output.• Carefully closing presses using dual-hand safety controls to prevent accidents and safeguard yourself and colleagues.• Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards before moving to the next stage.• Stacking and staging parts onto pallets carefully for shipment, maintaining an organized and clean workspace.• Managing multiple presses to meet daily production goals efficiently, with close attention to detail.• Keeping your work station clean and organized, always following safety and cleanliness guidelines.• Performing accurate material and product counts to support inventory accuracy.• Working comfortably in a warm environment with a focus on safety procedures to produce consistent results.

What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate for this role will have:• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.• Strong commitment to safety procedures and attention to detail.• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.• Reliability, excellent attendance, and a strong work ethic.• Prior experience operating heavy equipment or machinery is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.• Familiarity with heavy manufacturing equipment and safety standards is beneficial.
