Job Description
Job title: Physician - Primary care
Location: Redfield, SD
Pay: $300,000 - $350,000 with an additional up to 14% annual bonus (Open to new graduates)
Position type: Full-time, Direct-hire with benefits
Ke Responsibilities:
Provide care across the outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and Emergency Department coverage
Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services
Participate in a shared, low-volume call rotation
Work closely with experienced nursing staff and APP support
Build long-term relationships with patients and families in a community-focused setting
Enjoy a predictable schedule, including a 4-day workweek option
Qualifications
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or a related primary care specialty
Emergency Department (ED/ER) experience or comfort providing care in this setting is required
Experience with Epic or Meditech preferred; training provided
