Primary Care Physician (PCP)
A Primary Care Physician (PCP) is needed in South Central, VT.South Central Vermont offers scenic beauty, outdoor recreation, and a high quality of life with access to national forests, ski resorts, and vibrant small-town communities. This opportunity is with a respected, mission-driven FQHC that provides comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, and care management services across multiple sites.
Salary and Benefits
- Base salary: $250,000 annually
- RVU production model after 18 months – physicians earning upwards of $400,000+
- Relocation assistance: up to $10,000

- Paid time off:
- 4 weeks PTO to start, plus holidays (increases after 18 months)
- CME: 1 week off and $6,000 annual allowance

- Work-life balance with option for 4-day or 5-day workweek
Responsibilities
- Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Outpatient primary care setting – no hospital rotations
- Patient volume: 16–22 patients per day
- Minimal call coverage – 2–3 weeks per year
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with an integrated team including behavioral health providers, social workers, and care managers
- Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness programs
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active Vermont medical license or ability to obtain one
- New 2025 residents will be considered
- Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
