No babysitting. No shortcuts. If you can run a full install solo, make it look clean, and keep the customer happy—we’ll pay you what you’re worth - and then some.
Requirements:
- Must know how to install A/C & heat systems start to finish
- Run line sets, wire units, charge/test systems—no guessing
- Show up on time, get it done right, and don’t need a manager holding your hand
- Able to turn jobs around fast and produce revenue
- EPA certified, valid driver’s license, and own hand tools
