What You'll Do:

• Develop and grow your own insurance business within your local community.
• Build lasting relationships with individuals, families, and business owners.
• Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Recommend insurance solutions that fit each client's needs.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team as your business grows.
• Manage daily business operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Create and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives.
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for continued growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to own and grow a business.
• Previous sales, business development, or management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance licenses are a plus, but licensing assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
• Ability to meet licensing and program requirements.

Compensation is performance-based and includes commissions, bonuses, and other incentives. Income potential varies based on individual performance and business results.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and grow your own insurance business throughout Connecticut.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individuals, families, and local businesses.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and coverage solutions.
• Establish sales goals and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with applicable insurance regulations, licensing requirements, and company guidelines.

Active Connecticut Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
