- Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable software solutions aligned with business requirements and security standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, influence technical outcomes, and communicate shared goals effectively.
- Guide coding practices, frameworks, and tools to ensure maintainability, high availability, and compliance with security protocols.
- Drive automation of repetitive tasks within CI/CD pipelines to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Oversee testing strategies, defect management, and root cause analysis to maintain software quality and security.
- Monitor application performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives based on telemetry and analytics.
- Extensive experience in software engineering with a strong focus on information security and scalable solution design.
- Proficiency in coding languages such as Python and familiarity with frameworks and platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, including identification, engagement, and communication to align technical and business goals.
- Proven ability to lead and guide teams on coding standards, security best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business requirements, perform root cause analysis, and drive defect management processes.
