Job Title: Principal Cloud & AI Architect- Bilingual KoreanLocation: West Coast, USA with open to travel to Orange County, CA as needed- 50-60%Duration: 6 monthsRole Overview:The Principal Cloud & AI Architect will lead the design and evolution of our enterprise technology stack, shifting from traditional infrastructure to a high-performance Cloud-first and AI-enabled ecosystem. You will serve as the strategic bridge between business goals and technical execution, ensuring that our infrastructure not only supports but accelerates AI and GenAI workloads. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic vision and strong stakeholder engagement skills.Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Cloud Architecture: Design and lead the implementation of secure, multi-cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) architectures that align with long-term business strategy.
AI/ML Platform Engineering: Architect scalable environments for AI/ML workloads, including high-performance compute (GPUs), vector databases, and model training/inference pipelines.
AIOps & Automation: Drive "Infrastructure as Code" (IaC) and apply AI/GenAI tools to automate monitoring, capacity planning, and self-healing systems.
Security & Ethical Governance: Implement Zero Trust security frameworks and ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards and data privacy regulations.
Modernization & Migration: Lead the transition from legacy on-premises virtualization (VMware) to cloud-native and serverless architectures.
Stakeholder Leadership: Act as a "Trusted Advisor" to executive leadership, translating complex AI/Cloud concepts into actionable business roadmaps.
Research and recommend new infrastructure, cloud, and security technologies
Evaluate and apply AI/GenAI tools to enhance infrastructure and security operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or Data Science or related field
5+ years of experience in IT specifically in Cloud Architecture or AI/ML Platform Engineering.
AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and cloud AI services
Strong experience with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
Experience supporting or securing AI/ML platforms and APIs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and planning abilities.
Advanced certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
Native or professional bilingual fluency in English and Korean.
