What you'll be doing…

Develop, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning (ML) solutions to solve business challenges; design and build scalable ML models to meet business needs, ensuring the models can handle increasing data volume and complexity; provide technical thought leadership on model architecture, delivery, monitoring and measurement of model performance throughout the lifecycle; work in a collaborative environment with various teams to address business problems by developing AI/ML-driven solutions; drive discussions on solutioning for business challenges, including translating business requirements into technical specifications; analyze and model both structured and unstructured data; present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership, articulating modeling concepts to a non-technical audience; act as a mentor for junior data science team members, providing guidance in AI/ML techniques; drive the growth of the data science practice by meeting business objectives, responding to model Proof of Concept requests, and contributing to the development of broader AI/ML ecosystem; optimize business processes by leveraging AI-driven models and ensuring the models provide measurable value to operations.

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Interdisciplinary Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data/ML Analyst, or in a related/similar position. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience, employer will accept a Master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the fields stated above and 4 years of experience in the above. Experience therein to include 4 years in machine learning model development and deployment, using deep learning and transformer-based architectures, Python, and PyTorch or TensorFlow; 3 years with natural language processing, SQL, Cloud platforms, data analytics, data analysis and statistical modeling; and 2 years with data processing tools such as PySpark, recommendation and forecasting algorithms, and applied statistics. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
