  • Support and enhance ERP-enabled operational processes, procurement, receiving, inventory, costing touchpoints, and project-driven supply chain.
  • Understand end-to-end ERP transaction flows and upstream/downstream impacts across operations, finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and external systems.
  • Identify process gaps, system limitations, recurring issues, and data quality challenges; recommend practical solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and user experience.
  • Champion ERP capabilities and align teams on best practices, driving innovation and operational excellence.
  • Prioritize and manage competing projects to deliver impactful tools and process enhancements that accelerate efficiencies across the business.
  • Lower barriers to learning and facilitate system adoption by documenting key features and offering user training to ensure effective use of systems.
  • Leverage SaaS-based tools and reporting platforms, including Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle BICC, and Palantir, to extract, transform, validate, and deliver ERP data for reporting, analytics, integrations, and operational decision-making.
  • Build relationships with customers, lead meetings to gather requirements, provide status updates, test, and obtain sign-off on deliverables.
  • Master critical business processes and related KPIs to ensure delivery of effective solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Functional Analyst, ERP Support Analyst, Finance Systems Analyst, or similar role supporting ERP finance processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Hands-on experience supporting a Tier 1 ERP system such as Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or equivalent enterprise platform.
  • Working knowledge of finance and accounting processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Project Accounting, Costing, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, or close processes.
  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes, creating functional specifications, supporting UAT, troubleshooting production issues, and delivering system enhancements.
  • Experience supporting reports, data extracts, dashboards, or analytics using tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, Smart View, or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with Finance, Accounting, IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and other business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Procurement, Costing, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, or Inventory.
  • Experience with ERP in an MES-enabled manufacturing environment, preferably servicing government/DOD as well as commercial contracts.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud tools such as OIC, FBDI, ADFdi, BPM approvals, ESS jobs, OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, or VBCS.
  • Familiarity with government contracting, project-based financial accounting, burden rates, FAR/DCAA considerations, audit support, or controlled business processes.
  • Inclination to collaborate, elevating solutioning in a team-focused environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, agile and growing business.
  • Ability to efficiently plan work and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Preferred certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in Financials, Procurement, PPM, or related Oracle Cloud technologies.
