  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of game designers, setting a high bar for craft, collaboration, and player-centered thinking.
  • Step into hands-on design development, leading critical initiatives and helping teams find clarity, momentum, and creative solutions.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 8+ years of experience in game design, product innovation, or related roles with proven ownership of game design direction across long-form print products.

  • Integrates audience research, segmentation, playtesting, and market insights to shape design direction.
  • Experience working with partners, creative collaborators, or licensed properties, adapting narrative and mechanics to fit established worlds, brands, and approval needs.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills when aligning leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams around creative concepts, recommendations, tradeoffs, and design rationale.
  • People management experience, including mentoring designers, giving feedback, supporting career growth, and building healthy team practices.
