Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Define and drive next-generation multiphase power stage products from concept through development kickoff, translating customer, market, and platform requirements into clear product definitions
  • Partner with Systems Applications Engineering teams to understand emerging AI, computing, networking, and datacenter power delivery requirements, and translate them into differentiated product solutions
  • Lead product architecture definition across MOSFET technology, integrated gate driver concepts, current sensing, telemetry, protection features, and advanced power stage packaging technologies
  • Collaborate with Design, Package Development, Validation, and System Architecture teams to evaluate technical feasibility, optimize trade-offs, and establish product specifications and performance targets
  • Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and define feature roadmaps, including efficiency, power density, thermal performance, reliability, telemetry, and system integration requirements
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking, system modeling, and feasibility analysis to identify technology trends, product differentiation opportunities, and future roadmap requirements.
  • Drive early risk assessment and technology evaluation activities, identifying key technical, packaging, thermal, and manufacturability challenges before development initiation
  • Serve as the primary technical interface between Applications Engineering, Product Marketing, Design Engineering, and customers to ensure alignment on product strategy, features, and long-term roadmap direction

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor product development, power electronics, applications engineering, system architecture, or product definition
  • Strong understanding of DC-DC converters, multiphase voltage regulators, integrated power stages, power MOSFET technologies, and AI/datacenter power delivery architectures
  • Experience interpreting customer and system-level requirements and translating them into product specifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional engineering teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Familiarity with power stage performance metrics, including efficiency, switching losses, thermal performance, current sensing, and protection features
  • Experience defining semiconductor products from concept through production
  • Knowledge of Intel VR, AMD SVI3, PMBus, telemetry, and server power architectures
  • Experience with competitive benchmarking and roadmap planning

Salary pay information:

US$ 157,360.00 - US$ 216,370.00

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
