Requirements
- 10+ years of product design experience, preferably in a B2B or consumer SaaS environment.
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional design craft and systems thinking.
- Proven track record of leading impactful, multi-year design initiatives.
- Experience influencing senior leadership on product and engineering direction.
- Strong understanding of design systems and their application at scale.
- Familiarity with AI-native product patterns and human-computer interaction.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills adaptable to various audiences.
