It is an exciting time to join the fast-growing Defense, Aerospace and SATCOM (DAS) Business Unit, focused on cutting-edge RF components for the defense, aerospace and SATCOM markets. We are looking for a highly technical and strategy-driven Product Line Manager to grow our GaN/GaAs Discrete Transistor and MMIC product lines. In this role you will "own" the future of the product line - defining product strategy, developing product roadmaps, driving business opportunities, and ultimately maximizing revenue and profit growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product line strategy to maximize product line revenues and profitability.
  • Drive product line roadmaps with sales, engineering, and key stakeholders to define a compelling future vision.
  • Define new differentiated products that create value by solving significant customer design challenges.
  • Contribute to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Validate and justify new product definitions, by confirming value propositions with customers and demonstrating ROI potential.
  • Develop customer relationships and partnerships through ongoing engagement, promoting products, roadmap, and capabilities to customers.
  • Train internal and external sales teams to understand the value proposition of your individual products and overall portfolio.
  • Champion new products through pre-kickoff and development - ensure strong cross-functional alignment across design, manufacturing, test, product engineering, quality, finance, and program teams.
  • Lead market opportunity analysis by assessing TAM/SAM and understanding competitive dynamics and emerging application trends.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • 12+ years of related experience or an equivalent amount of education and experience in RF/microwave semiconductor product management, product marketing, applications engineering, systems engineering, technical sales, or a related customer-facing technical/business role.
  • Experience working directly with customers in RF markets.
  • Ability to interpret customer specifications and develop compliant proposal responses.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical and business skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Direct experience working with RF products and Defense & Aerospace customers
  • System-level understanding of RF, compound semiconductor ICs, and control subsystems and their components

This position requires access to ITAR/EAR technologies. Applicant must be a US Person (US citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations.
