Job Description

Meds.com is a rapidly growing consumer technology firm operating a suite of healthcare businesses, including our flagship brand BlueChew. Our mission is to better patients' lives through innovative healthcare solutions. With a team of 300 professionals across various specialties, we've built scalable pharmacy, telemedicine, and e-commerce platforms using cutting-edge technology. As we continue our accelerated growth trajectory, we're launching new products to expand our patient base and accelerate growth. Join us in tackling exciting challenges at the intersection of healthcare and technology.
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager at BlueChew who will own the end-to-end experience. Your goal is to bridge the gap between high-converting e-commerce and high-standard medical care. You will be responsible for the roadmap that guides patients from their first consultation through to long-term management, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless, compliant, and data-driven.
Join our team in Austin, TX - we're looking for someone who truly values and enjoys working in the office, not just tolerates it.

What You'll Do

  • RoadMap Strategy: Define and execute the 12-month product vision that aligns with aggressive growth targets and clinical excellence.
  • Funnel Optimization: Own the “Consultation-to-Conversion" funnel. Use A/B testing and user research to reduce friction in the medical intake process without sacrificing clinical integrity.
  • Subscription Retention: Develop features that increase LTV (Lifetime Value), such as personalized refill cycles, SMS-based management, and loyalty incentives.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead a squad of PM’s, Designers and Analysts. Act as the primary translator between the Marketing team’s demands and Engineering’s capacity.
  • Regulatory Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Legal and Clinical teams to ensure all product flows meet HIPPA, VIPPS, and state-level telehealth requirements.
  • Data Sovereignty: Champion a culture of measurement. Define the North Star metrics and ensure every feature launch has a clear, measurable “success” definition.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 8+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a Growth-stage B2C startup.
  • Industry Context: Deep experience in Telehealth, Wellness, or D2C Subscriptions (e.g. Hims, Ro, Stitch Fix, Hello Fresh).
  • Technical Fluency: You don’t need to code, but you must understand system architecture, API’s, and how to talk to developers about technical debt vs. new features.
  • Growth Mindset: You are obsessed with conversion rates, CAC:LTV ratios, and user psychology.
  • Regulatory Comfort: You view compliance as a “creative constraint” rather than a roadblock.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with International expansion and localized medical regulations.
  • Background in Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies.
  • Familiarity with the PC-MSO business model
Perks
  • 100% company-paid Medical, Dental, Vision premium coverage, plus Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance.
  • 401K with company match
  • Paid time off and company-paid holidays
  • Enjoy free daily lunch
We are looking for top talent that wants to make a measurable impact in an exciting, fast-paced environment in our Austin, TX office (fully onsite).
