About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Principal Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our retail trading platform. This role requires deep domain expertise in both cryptocurrency and traditional financial (TradFi) trading products to deliver a seamless, high-performance, and compliant user experience that positions our platform as an industry leader.

What You'll Be Doing

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate the long-term vision and product strategy for the consumer trading platform, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

• Customer-Centric Development: Leverage deep domain knowledge to understand customer needs, translating these insights into an effortless and intuitive trading experience.

• End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation and requirement definition (PRDs/user stories) through development, UAT, launch, optimization, and scaling.

• Liquidity & Execution Quality Oversight: Own the strategy for liquidity parameters and fee structures, collaborating with market makers and institutional partners to optimize spreads, slippage, fill rates and conversion rates.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to identify innovative opportunities and ensure our trading system maintains a leading edge in the crypto market.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison and point of contact across engineering, product design, risk, legal, compliance, operations, marketing, and business teams to ensure seamless execution and launch of products.

• Regulatory Compliance: Partner closely with compliance and legal teams to deliver regulatory-sensitive launches, navigating requirements across major jurisdictions.

• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a collaborative culture of excellence and professional growth.

What We Look For in You

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of product management experience, with a strong focus on crypto trading platforms, consumer trade products, blockchain/digital assets, or fintech

• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of exchange liquidity economics and risk frameworks, including pricing, spread, limit, tick sizes, leverage/position tiers, and fee strategy etc

• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to work directly with institutional clients, market makers, and vendor partners, exhibiting excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to define and track clear success metrics and use data and analytics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement

• Regulatory Knowledge: Proven experience delivering regulatory-sensitive launches and partnering closely with compliance/risk teams

OKX Statement:

The salary range for this position is $250,444.00 to $375,666.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
