Job Description

Siteimprove is a leading agentic content intelligence platform where accessibility meets performance. Our mission is to transform access to the digital world. We are differentiated as the only unified platform that brings together content compliance and performance in one seamless solution.

At Siteimprove, Product Marketing plays a critical role in driving business impact—connecting product innovation to market needs, shaping category narratives, and enabling our go-to-market teams to win. As we evolve into an AI-first, agentic platform, the PMM function is central to defining how we lead in SEO, AEO, and beyond.

We’re looking for a Principal Product Marketing Manager to own and evolve our SEO and AEO positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy, shaping how Siteimprove leads in the next era of AI-driven search.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of Product Marketing, offering strong visibility and influence on overall product and GTM strategy.

You’ll partner closely with GTM teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to translate deep domain expertise into compelling narratives, differentiated positioning, and revenue-driving programs.

What you will be doing

Product Positioning & Messaging

  • Establish clear, differentiated positioning for Siteimprove in SEO and AEO that strengthens market leadership in an AI-first search landscape
  • Enable consistent, high-impact messaging across personas—from practitioners to executives—that improves engagement and conversion
  • Translate complex AI and search innovations into compelling value propositions that drive customer understanding and demand
  • Build and operationalize a scalable messaging framework that aligns all GTM teams and accelerates execution
  • Elevate Siteimprove’s perception as a market leader in SEO and AEO across customers, prospects, and analysts
Go-To-Market Strategy
  • Deliver successful quarterly launches of new SEO/AEO agentic capabilities that drive adoption and revenue growth
  • Identify and prioritize high-value segments, ICPs, and use cases to maximize pipeline and market penetration
  • Drive measurable pipeline generation and customer acquisition through integrated campaigns with Growth and Field Marketing

Thought Leadership & Market Influence

  • Increase Siteimprove’s visibility and credibility as a category leader in AEO and AI-driven search
  • Generate high-impact thought leadership that shapes market perception and drives inbound demand
  • Expand industry influence through events, analyst engagement, and external representation

Product & Sales Enablement

  • Improve sales effectiveness, win rates, and average selling price (ASP) through high-quality enablement assets and clear value narratives
  • Equip GTM teams with the knowledge and confidence to position SEO + AEO capabilities competitively
  • Influence product roadmap decisions with market insights that align innovation to customer and revenue opportunities

Agentic-First Mindset & AI Strategy

  • Drive measurable business impact by embedding agentic workflows that improve efficiency, scalability, and outcomes across GTM
  • Institutionalize AI-first thinking across product marketing to enhance speed, quality, and innovation in execution
  • Shape product direction to deliver agentic capabilities that improve customer outcomes and competitive differentiation
  • Anticipate and respond to shifts in AI and search to maintain Siteimprove’s leadership in an evolving landscape

What we will require of you

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, SEO/AEO, or a related domain, preferably within SaaS
  • Deep domain expertise in SEO/AEO, including technical SEO, content strategy, search analytics, and answer optimization
  • Hands-on experience or working knowledge of generative AI, including prompt engineering, embeddings, and retrieval
  • Proven track record of owning go-to-market strategy and driving measurable business impact (pipeline, adoption, revenue)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategic positioning, messaging, and category narratives
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred

What we will love about you

We’re building the next generation of AI-powered content intelligence, helping organizations unify accessibility, SEO/AEO, analytics, and content performance into one platform. If you’re energized by solving complex problems, working cross-functionally, and contributing to a product with real-world impact, we’d love to connect.

In addition, we hope you will appreciate
