As a Principal Program Manager, you will play a key role connecting Lonza, our customers, and patients. You will lead complex, late-phaseand commercial programs, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as a trusted customer partner while driving operational excellence across a highly matrixed organization. This is a site-based role that enables close collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What you will do
Lead complex customer programs from development through commercialization
Act as the primary interface between customers and Lonza across the program lifecycle
Drive cross-functional teams to deliver quality, timeline, and financial objectives
Manage program financials, including forecasting, invoicing, and revenue recognition
Ensure compliance with PPMCoEstandards andmaintainaccuratePlanview data
Proactivelyidentifyrisks, resolve issues, and escalate when
Contribute to strategic initiatives, including KPI tracking and continuous improvement
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
Extensive experience managing complex programs in biotech, pharma, or CDMO environments
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
Proven experience managing customer relationships and program financials
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage risk and complexity
Experience in New Product Introduction, including transitioning products from clinical development through commercialization
