Principal RF Design Engineer – SME Communications/Electronic Warfare $10,000 SIGNING BONUS | Huntsville, AL | $165k–$250k + Bonus | Hybrid + Relocation We’re seeking a Principal RF Design Engineer to lead the development of next-generation military communications and electronic warfare systems. This is a hands-on, SME-level role where you’ll drive design, simulation, and implementation of secure RF solutions, from concept through real-world deployment. What You’ll Do Lead RF/communications design for mission-critical military systems Develop & validate models, signal processing algorithms, and SDR-based solutions Support HWIL testing and mission simulations Present technical findings to internal and government stakeholders Requirements Active DoD Top Secret Clearance BS in Electrical Engineering or related field 15+ years’ experience in RF/EW systems (design, simulation, implementation) Proficiency with SDR frameworks (GNURadio, REDHAWK, etc.) Strong C/C++ for embedded applications Background in Electronic Warfare system design Why Apply?
