Summary
The goal of the Strategic Advisory team is to provide managementand strategyconsultingserviceswith internalresources who have aligned incentives. This roleis responsible forprovidingadvanced quantitative analysis capabilities for multiple engagements across the team andensuringdelivery standardsare met. This role is also responsible for analyzingcorporate-wide data toidentifystrategic opportunities across Northwestern Mutual.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Establishstrategic and analytical frameworksfor the Strategic Advisory function
Workhands-onwithStrategic Advisoryteam members to implement data-driven approaches
Ensure consistency in delivery across projects
Lead analysis ofprocesses and operating modelsacross Northwestern Mutual toidentifytop priorities for Strategic Advisorywork
Partner with client leadership toidentifyopportunities and scope engagements
Provide guidance and advice toprioritize top opportunities in different businessfunctionsbased on value and impact
Provide guidance and advice for stakeholders to helptranslate OKR and API targets into actionable, strategic roadmaps
Coordinates requests for information from stakeholders andpreparesreports and presentations in response.
Exhibits expert level and business acumen to solve unique, complex problems across multiple functions with a broad impact on thebusiness;requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions.
Participates in regular department / function leadership meetings to ensure delivery and execution is aligned with Strategic Advisory function
Qualifications
Minimum of 15years business leadershipand/or consultingexperience
Minimum of 7 yearsof peoplemanagement experience.
Minimum 5 years of leadership in a data role or organization
Proven leadership skills working with diverse teams.
Superior management, human relations, and interpersonal skillsto leadgroups of people.
Strong organizational skills; able to handle competing demands, and work under tight deadlines and shorttimeframes.
Demonstrated organizational agility to work across organizational boundaries, influence, and collaborate with all levelsonsolutions thatbenefitthe organization.
Proven skills in dealing with ambiguity and paradox, and leading change.
Facilitation and team building skills; ability to play an active,operationaland communicative role.

$193,600.00 USD - $290,400.00 USDStructure 115:
