Join a dynamic team where you'll lead the design and layout of complex printed wiring boards for military and aerospace applications. This role involves close collaboration with engineering managers and design teams to ensure alignment and functionality throughout the project lifecycle. Engage in reviews and provide updates to ensure project milestones are achieved with precision and on schedule. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with the Cadence Allegro design tool and demonstrate expertise in handling multilayer boards and high-speed digital circuits. A two-year post-secondary qualification in a relevant field, along with the ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance, is required. Previous experience with rigid-flex assemblies and familiarity with industry-standard specifications such as IPC-2221 is essential. We seek applicants who can thrive in a collaborative environment and demonstrate a readiness to manage complex designs efficiently. Preferred candidates will bring additional experience in Printed Wiring Assembly manufacturing processes and familiarity with CAM350, OrCAD Layout, and Mentor PADS.
