Base salary 2. Unmatched sales commission

5% commission on any sales below $5000
8% commission on any sales between $5000 to $15000
10% commission on any sales between $15000 to $30000
12% commission on any sales above $30000
Develop great relationship with big accounts like Amazon, Toyota, Honda.

3. 401K4. laptop computer and cell phone provided.5. Sales vehicle providedQualifications

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Printing and signages industry

Communication Skills: Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prospect

Strong organizational skills

Energy, hustle, and appetite for growth and responsibility

self-motivatedBe able to meet with sales manager daily

Compensation: Potential 6 figures earning. 12% commission for In House production sales, 8% commission for Subcontract sales. Same commission structure for repeatable orders. (Very limited admin work)
