As a Private Banking Officer, you will represent a customer-focused, community-driven organization committed to helping clients achieve long-term financial success.

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

Developing and managing full-service banking relationships with high-net-worth clients
Creating detailed client profiles to support personalized service and financial solutions
Identifying opportunities to strengthen client retention and deepen banking relationships
Demonstrating a strong understanding of the bank’s products and services to effectively meet customer needs
Delivering exceptional customer service through timely, accurate, and professional support
Recommending banking products and services that enhance the client experience and support financial goals
Building trusted relationships by understanding clients’ financial objectives and recommending tailored solutions
Collaborating across departments to promote teamwork and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements for the position include:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous banking or financial services experience
Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated business development and relationship-building abilities
Flexibility to work extended or non-traditional hours as needed
Ability to travel within assigned markets

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
Three to five years of commercial or private banking experience
