Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Capital Acquisition Scouts to identify, acquire visibility into, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Scouts operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Scouts:

• Source and submit off-market or proprietary acquisition opportunities

• Work directly with capital allocators and sponsors on live transactions

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals that close

• Build a verified acquisition track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals with direct access to deal flow, including operators, intermediaries, brokers, advisors, and networked specialists.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Capital Acquisition Scouts may:

• Identify proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network

• Provide strategic acquisition context: asset, structure, economics, and thesis

• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

• Support early diligence handoff (analysts handle modeling, valuation, and underwriting)

Scouts are not responsible for:

• Financial modeling, underwriting, or valuation

• Capital raising or fundraising

• Preparing investment memoranda

• Providing investment advice

Eligible Deal Types

Based on approval, Scouts may submit acquisition opportunities across:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, opportunistic, or distressed investments

Deal categories are approved based on experience, sourcing credibility, and acquisition insight.

Compensation & Economics

• Scouts earn success-based compensation only

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal

• Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and Scout contribution

• No caps for consistently high-quality deal sourcing

How Scouts Get Activated

1. Submit a Private Capital Acquisition Scout application with deal sourcing experience

2. Complete verification and category approval

3. Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin submitting qualified acquisition opportunities to the network

There is no cold pitching or blind outreach. Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
