About The Role:

  • You will report to the Private Trust Sales and Relationship Management Team.

  • In this role, you will enhance CRM data integrity, streamline Sales workflows through better documentation and marketing materials and develop practical experience supporting high-net-worth clients and trust business growth.

  • Your objective will be to strengthen Relationship Management and Sales Job Aids to increase operational readiness and scalability. Update Marketing Collateral for Columbia Private Trust Products and Services. Develop practical exposure to Self-Directed IRA products and services as well as exposure to high-net-worth clientele and Improve P360 data quality and integrity.

  • Preferred degree and skillset include Finance and/or Business Management. Skillset will consist of strong proficiency in Microsoft office especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Comfortable working with data, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn CRM platforms.

About You:

  • You're an undergraduate student aiming to graduate in spring 2026/2027 or a recent graduate within the last year.

  • Available to work full-time (40 hours/week), fully onsite, for 10 weeks starting in June.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

The pay rate for this role is $22.00 per hour.

The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
