  • Coordinate with program teams, finance, and operations to ensure tools meet business and compliance requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to EVMS compliance, reporting accuracy, and tool effectiveness.

Who You Are

You are a detail-oriented and collaborative professional with a strong foundation in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) processes and the ability to translate business needs into effective system and tool solutions. You bring experience supporting complex, matrixed environments, working across programs, functions, and Lines of Business to drive consistency, compliance, and operational excellence. Comfortable balancing both classified and unclassified program support, you are adaptable, security-minded, and effective in onsite and virtual settings. You thrive in roles that require requirements development, testing, training, and stakeholder engagement, and you take ownership of delivering tools and processes that enable accurate reporting, standardization, and informed decision-making.
