Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents*
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility*
- Monitor and report changes in residents' condition*
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment*
- Follow facility policies and care plans*
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification in the state of Kansas*
- Reliable and dependable*
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach*
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team*
