Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - PRN

Pick up visits. Make an impact. Keep your schedule your own.

What PRN Looks Like Here

• Per diem / as-needed visits

• You choose your availability; can work 2 hours or 8 hours

• Ideal for CNAs wanting flexibility, variety, or supplemental hours

• Work independently in the field while staying connected to a clinical team

• ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What You'll Do

• Provide direct personal care in patients' homes (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Assist with mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers

• Take and report vital signs

• Observe and communicate changes in patient's condition

• Help maintain a safe, clean home environment

• Follow the established plan of care under RN direction

This is hands-on, patient-facing work where you step in and deliver exactly what's needed-nothing more, nothing less.

What We're Looking For

• Active CNA or Home Health Aide certification

• Experience in home health, hospital, or skilled nursing preferred

• Comfortable working independently in the field

• Strong communication and reliability

• Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes

• Physical Requirements - Sit, stand, bend, lift and move intermittently and be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
